I made the booking on 14 Sep for the car picking up at 7pm 4 October. Only got called at 1pm on 4 October that they won’t have a car for me anymore. Because they couldn’t handle their booking system and people overbooked.
This ruined my holiday completely, got everything booked and suddenly I won’t have the 8 seater car anymore. I’m very upset with this.
Why did they have to cancel my booking???
I even booked the ship to kangaroo island already and yet now I won’t have a car.
Called the front desk, they wouldn’t help and hand balled me to the head quarter. I then called the HQ they won’t help either.

I have now found an affordable (airport) on site company with great service, reliable vehicle/s and good communication.
